Singles groups of more than 3 persons will likely not be able to secure this insurance so in that situation the tenancy would be required to be under the name of a Corporation housing employee occupants. The property is ideal for families living there full time or using it as a second residence for cottage use. Corporate tenants requiring employee housing may also be interested in renting this property for a fixed term. A maximum of 4 occupants is preferred by the Landlord if rented as employee housing.
